Deputy: Man drove explosives to sheriff's office

A Colerain Township police officer in 2017 stole medication from a home in the township "while there on official business," according to a news release from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. She was arrested on Thursday. A Clermont County man is in jail after requesting a meeting with the sheriff to show off explosives that were inside his vehicle, according to the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office. Glenn Kassen, 53, walked into the sheriff’s office just before noon Thursday and asked to show Sheriff Robert Leahy “the power of an explosive mixture which he created," deputies said.
