NINTENDO SWITCH 2 - FIRST LOOK REVEAL TRAILER

The Nintendo Switch 2 has officially been announced, and fans finally got their first look at the next-generation console in the highly anticipated reveal trailer. Set to release in 2025, the Switch 2 promises to build on its predecessor's success with exciting new features. The trailer showcased potential Switch 2 gameplay, including what might be Mario Kart 9, and provided glimpses of the new Joycon design, updated ports, an enhanced screen, and more.

The console is confirmed to support backwards compatibility for both physical and digital Nintendo Switch games, though some titles may have limited compatibility. Exclusive games for the Switch 2 are also in development, with more details to be shared during the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct on April 2, 2025.
