Overlanding Eastern Oregon - Succor Creek To Lake Owyhee, Owyhee Canyonlands (Part 7)

The final leg of our 420 mile overland trip through Eastern Oregon, from the Alvord Desert to the Owyhee Canyonlands ends with a trip from beautiful Succor Creek to Owyhee Lake State Park. Taking Fisherman Road from Succor Creek takes you through breathtaking panoramas of the Owyhee Desert and Canyonlands as you descend to beautiful Owyhee Lake State Park.

Fisherman Road is a steep and rocky shelf road that traverses and switchbacks through the ridge above Owyhee Lake. It is a fitting end to an amazing trip through this unique and beautiful part of Eastern Oregon.
