Don't go on about 'inquiries' if the people at the front door aren't doing their well-paid job to stop the abuse in the FIRST place. Inquiries are for the let-down and betrayed victims. If the inept and 'got-our-colleagues-back-jack' "care" workers were doing their jobs properly, there wouldn't BE but a miniscule fraction of victims.

This is aimed at Peterborough - a quick Google will show you why. That poor girl - and the vermin who let her down (for years until her death)? Not a one of them lost their jobs, DESPITE further child abuse being reported to them. Scum out, saviours in, reasonable people might say.
