RECIPE
FOR DOUGH:
1 Cup warm Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 1/2 Teaspoons Dry Yeast
2 Eggs, room temperature
1/3 Cup Butter, melted
1 Teaspoon Salt
4 Cups Bread Flour
3/4 Cup Heavy Cream, for topping during baking process

FOR FILLING:
1 Cup packed Brown Sugar
2 1/2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
1 Cup chopped Roasted Pecans
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/3 Cup Butter, softened (Spread over rolled out dough)

FOR CREAM CHEESE ICING
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Butter, softened
1 1/2 Teaspoons Milk

I used a 8 x 10 inch baking pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and pour over the Heavy Cream and return Cinnamon Rolls to the oven for an additional 22-25 minutes. Add the Cream Cheese Icing once they have cooled off.
