President Donald Trump Statement On Mollie Tibbetts

Responding to the report of Tibbett's murder, the president released a statement Wednesday highlighting Rivera's illegal status and demanding Congress take prompt action against illegal immigration.

"Mollie Tibbetts, an incredible young woman, is now permanently separated from her family. A person came in from Mexico, illegally, and killed her. We need the wall. We need our immigration laws changed. We need our border laws changed," he said.
