HB2030 Stolen Valor Act Press Conference January 15 2025 AZ Legislature

This is a video of the press conference called by Arizona State Representative Walt Blackman for the proposed Stolen Valor Bill, HB2030. HB2030, if it passes, will make anyone guilty of violating the act subject to the penalties of a Class 4 Felony. It is named in honor of MSgt Orlando Jose Dona, USAF (Retired), who fought in the Korean War, Vietnam War and is a recipient of the Bronze Star and Air Force Commendation Medal.
