Mark Carney is Going to Keep the Climate Agenda

Mark Carney, who is poised to be the next Liberal Party Leader of Canada has said that he will be going to continue the climate agenda laid out in Canada along side climate accords, specifically mentioning the Paris Climate Agreement.
