The Palisade fires were a completely avoidable tragedy, and the fault lies solely on those in charge of leading the city of Los Angeles and the state of California itself. It is not the fault of government bureaucrats that mother nature strike man down. It is however their fault when they fail to attempt to mitigate the calamity from that inevitable smack down.
