Info from Licensor: "Footage is of a hillside on fire, also palm trees and burning embers in the wind of the parking lot at Will Rogers Beach, located on the west side of PCH in Pacific Palisades, California. A man on a bicycle wielding a cell phone video camera can be seen in part of the video. The sky is dark with smoke and emergency vehicles and personnel can be seen in the background and distance fighting the immense flames on the hillside east of Will Rogers Beach parking lot."
