I'm not sure why so many people struggle with this, but both can be true.

They're extraterrestrial and spiritual beings who have bases in our oceans, lakes, mountains and underground.

They're so advanced that they wouldn't be detected coming or going unless they chose to be seen.

They have always been with us, walking among us as loving guides, protectors and family.

Light and dark forces exist, but only light forces want to be seen in brightly lit crafts.

Connect the dots and it all makes sense. "Galactic Federation" are the biblical angels of light.
