Mollie Tibbets case raises safety concerns

About 600 incoming students will be coming in to St. Norbert College tomorrow and campus safety leaders hope they can reach those students right away with some advice on how to stay safe throughout the year. Safety leaders say the biggest thing for students is to be aware of surroundings. People should be looking up at what's around them, and not down at a phone. But, campus leaders say they do want people to have their phones with them - that can be the quickest way for somebody to call for help if they find themselves in any kind of danger. Safety leaders say students should also have a plan when they go out.
