3. **Add flour**: Reduce heat to low, add the flour all at once, and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture forms a smooth ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan (1-2 minutes).
4. **Cool slightly**: Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
5. **Add eggs**: Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition until the dough is smooth and shiny.

1. **Pipe or spoon dough**: Use a spoon or a plastic bag with the tip cut off to drop 2-inch mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Space them about 2 inches apart.
2. **Bake**: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Avoid opening the oven during baking.
3. **Cool**: Remove from oven and let cool completely before filling.

1. **Whip cream**: In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
