1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 1/2 Teaspoon Dill
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Pepper, to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
