Rep Steube: Legislation PASSES to ban transgender athletes at fed funded schools

U.S. House PASSES legislation to ban transgender athletes from competing in girls’ & women’s sports at schools that receive federal funding, 218-206.

It’s a good day for the country that this bill is going to pass.
An overwhelming majority of Americans believe that men don’t belong in women’s sports, and that we must allow common sense to prevail. My bill will deliver upon the mandate the American people gave Congress to restore the integrity of women’s sports, just as Title IX intended.
