EFT in use - grieving loss of my Joy, anger

A short example, how I use EFT to deal with the loss of my dog, Joy (the one in the picture). She's been my family and best friend for over 12 years. You can see how I connect with my heart and the pain, and avoid that connection right away.
It's not easy to open up when I'm aware that I'm recording myself, and others can see my struggles.
