An Illegal immigrant caught setting fires in California and guess what ICE says they can't hold him. You can't make this up... and things are expected to get much worse with the return of 100 mph winds today which basically means there's nothing fire fighters can do to stop it... air craft can't fly and fire fighters can't battle these blazes with Santa Ana winds that high. But don't worry Gov. Gavin Newsom says he's going to cut red tape so that Californians can rebuild as quickly as possible.
