Former car dealer arrested on multiple felonies in Pinellas after 3 year investigation

A Pinellas County businessman faces multiple felonies related to the car dealership he once owned. Park Auto Mall became the subject of a taking action investigation after more than 20 people complained that the dealer never paid off their trade-ins.
