Roger Roots explains January 6 appeal of Joe Thomas

I am in DC for oral arguments before the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, in the case of Kenneth Joseph Thomas. (I had 10 minutes before the 3-judge panel to make my arguments.) Thomas was convicted of several bogus felonies--including four ridiculous "assaulting an officer" convictions--relating to January 6. Thomas merely brushed up against officers during chaotic moments at the upper west terrace of the Capitol. I also delve into some of the injustices in January 6 cases generally.
