There are 10+ stretches you should do everyday to keep your body feeling good. All these stretches are on the floor.

*Neck Stretches
-head to one side

*Shoulder Stretches
-Stretch arms overhead
-Bear hug
*Back Stretches
- hold knee (wind relieving pose)
-Cat/Cow
*Hip Stretches
-pretzel
-leg circle
-twist
-butterfly
*Quad Stretches
-pretzel to pull quad
*Hamstring Stretches
-forward fold
-on back hamstring stretch
*Child pose - for back, hips, shoulders
*Feet up the wall - for hamstrings, back
