Info from Licensor: "This video features roughly three distinct scenes. The first scene pictures the parking lot south adjacent of Will Rogers Beach parking lot full of law enforcement vehicles and law enforcement interacting and engaging with one another, presumably on break or standby.

The second part of the footage is drawing closer to the flames as they engulf a hillside east of PCH and East of Will Rogers State Beach parking lot.

The third part of the video is where the background gets darker as the sky fills with smoke and you can see a close-up of a very active brush fire with large tall flames consuming a hillside East of PCH.

You can see a group of men on bikes talking and discussing the brush fire and then you can see a man on a bike taking footage of the brush fire and the ocean is featured several times as the camera pans out and around, coming back around to the scene of the flames on the hillside and then back to the sidewalk."
