When we establish clear boundaries, we're not just protecting ourselves; we're teaching others how to treat us. Unfortunately, some individuals respond to these boundaries with gaslighting, excuses, or what might be termed 'woke projection'—a deflection rather than an acknowledgment of their actions. Instead of offering an apology or working towards resolution, they perpetuate their behaviour. However, the true liberation comes from letting go—recognizing when to walk away from toxicity".
