Huckster Month is over, and now we're moving into the month of February! January was a whirlwind month. President Trump and Vice President JD Vance were sworn into office and have gone into office like a sledgehammer to an egg, and here at Hill 30, we're bringing you a show that will hammer your senses!

We're bringing you back to a time when a band first gets together. Finding all the right pieces and personalities that meld into a perfectly running machine. Writing music that they hope will garner them the moniker of "The Next Big Thing". The song that breaks into the charts and fulfills their dreams of "Being on the Main Stage", "Headliner", "A Must See". Every band on this show did just that. We've got a band that has gone onstage and blown bands off of that stage that followed them, starting the show and closing the show; we here at Hill 30 witnessed firsthand what happens when the opener blows the headliner off of the stage! Legend says, at Monsters of Rock in Moscow, Dimebag Darrell of Pantera, after their monster opening set, said to Metallica's Kirk Hammett, "Follow that, boy!" That is the mentality of every local band that has their shit together. And speaking of local/regional bands, we bring you bands from the DMV area and Ohio that have done and are doing just that. One band on the show, their motto was, "Follow that, fucker!" - a local/regional band that blew national acts off the stage at every venue they played. Headbangers, if you're in a band right now, keep going, never give up. There's a great quote from a fictional movie character, "Bands come and go, but you just gotta keep on playing." Once you find that right setup, that machine. Keep playing and keep telling those bands that come on after you, "Follow that!"
