We joked, long before Trump was officially elected, that's he'd be running the country from the Southern White House, Mar-a-Lago, mainly because we didn't think he'd be safe in the District. There's been a lot of signalling going on via memes, and clips and posts. That's how it's done now. You cannot come right out and say anything, less your funding be cut.

There are a lot of folks out here that don't know how the game is played, including your humble recovering Know-It-All. Those that know don't say. We get a few, very few things right. We watch the maneuvers we can see, and then watch how the plebes who think they're pundits react. We also watch the pundits who act like plebes and try to stir the pot.

There's a joke I heard in Newfoundland, told by Newfoundlanders in their jovial, "We live in our own timezone quasi-Irish accent." If you know you know. I cannot even tell it without hearing the accent.

The driver's following a big-rig 18 wheeler trailer. Every several miles the driver pulls over and bangs on the side of the truck with a big baseball bat. Finally the driver pulls over behind the trucker and asks him why.

The trucker says, "I've got 5000 canaries in there and I'm over weight. I got to keep those fuckers airborne!"

Two reasons I like that joke is because of the accent, and the comic thinks it's funny and he cracks up during the punchline. And two, the physics still boggles my mind. But the point is, the US public, a good majority of them anyway, are the canaries. Whatever the truck is, it's "over weight" (illegal) and the trucker (The System) has to keep y'all excited so you don't see what's really going on. You know, canaries are expendable.

"What's going on, Nox?"

We have an idea. But we don't say. Not much anyway.

This brings us to the bird analogy that you will find in this episode. Funny how this flew together. Ha ha ha.
