REFLECTION – (French Horn Solo)

The composition Reflection was written for French horn, and was inspired by I Corinthians 13:12 - “For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.”

REFLECTION is dedicated to my sisters Sandi Dorsey of Madison, Florida and Nancy Arias of Scottsdale, Arizona. For over 50 years we have shared the rich blessings of music, family and faith with one another. The unbreakable bond that we share together continues to inspire me and I am truly thankful and abundantly blessed to have them as my sisters.

It is my hope that REFLECTION will provide students with a song that they will enjoy learning to play, and provide other music educators with a teaching tool that can be used in helping to motivate and encourage their students.
