Yes, it's true... as much as we may hate to admit it or even acknowledge the elephant in the room, opening pandora's box does indeed lead to a lifetime of suffering, coping and complete disillusion. Some can handle it, while the majority canNOT... and that is just a fact of life. Knowledge is power? Sure, in small quantities (maybe), but long-term while being completely disconnected to reality? Not really. I like to think I can handle it on most days, but the reality is.. just like the symbiote that almost overtook Peter Parker, it "feels good" for those small moments in time, but we all know the longevity of it doesn't last... nor does the host themselves. The black pill is the symbiote, we are merely the host... so what do you we do about it? How long can we last? I guess that's up to the individual... and what they decide to do with said knowledge. Nuff said.
