Raging Fires on the West Coast and Ice Storms on the East Coast? What is going on?

Fires are tearing across Southern California and the East Coast is experiencing another Ice Storm. Is climate change to blame or is that a complete hoax brought to us by Democrats, such as Gavin Newsom?
