Exodus Chapters 9 and 10 Bible Study Explanation

Chapter Nine is where God tells Moses to tell Pharaoh that if he doesn't let the Israelites go, God will send plagues on Pharaoh, his officials, and his people. God has refrained from sending plagues until now so that Pharaoh could witness God's power. Chapter Ten sees Moses warning Pharaoh of the locust plague, Pharaoh refuses to let the Israelites go.
