Man stabbed near Torrey Pines and Charleston Boulevard

A man is dead after being stabbed in the neck on Casada Way near Scholl. Police say the man was walking with a group of people when they were approached by another man who asked to use a phone. The two men then walked away from group and an argument began. Breaking news
