CHEDDAR CHHESE BISCUITS
Whisk together-
4 eggs
4 1/2 TBLS butter or margarine - melted and cooled
2 TBLS sour cream
1/4 tsp salt

Add -
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Mix well.

Fold in -
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp parsley flakes

Prepare and fill Muffin pans, patting the biscuit down into the muffin tin
Bake on 400 for 15 minutes
Makes 6 regular size or 12 small biscuits
