Imagine being so dumb and dishonest that you literally define DEI as the opposite of what it really is. Women, Blacks and LGBT would have no problem becoming Firefighters if they could pass the same rigorous physical and mental requirements as everyone else. DEI is there to force LAFD to hire people who cannot. They literally put lives at risk in the name of inclusivity. Nobody actually cares about the gender, sexual preference or race of the people saving them, but they also don't want to die because the city put a preference on identity over safety.
