This next while my plan is to get deeper micro tears which after proper macros & REST should equate to more strength & hopefully a noticeable muscular gain

Goal feedback: #doms Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (normally I’m a bit sore but want to push deeper)

Strategy: 1.5 Rep Method- adding 1/2 rep at the bottom stretch increasing load & #tut

I plan to do add this method into each pull, push & Leg every second workout & see how that translates.
