Nekodima views timelines for Jakoba and many end in defeats. Victory requires that Jakoba make Allinose II the capitol of the Milky Way Galaxy for there to be victory. Jakoba’s advisors remind him who put him on the throne. Nekodima reminds Jakoba of the bloody task of Sockness’s brother and he claims he will take care of it. Jakoba boasts and Nekodima reminds him of the rebel worlds that will tests his claim to divine right to rule which only extends to the Andromeda Galaxy. Nekodima sees starting a war economy will result in a bloody campaign on both sides now that Jubali is delivering the War Damos. Jakoba arrives in Milina and begins orders for the war economy there. War goods will begin production immediately. Jakoba talks about the struggle of the Rokat to hold onto Kidasuna from the enemy. A brief mention of bring up the colonies to their carrying capacity.
