HEADBUTTING THE JKD WAY BY JKD SIFU MIKE GOLDBERG

Even with a thick hand target for protection a headbutt when done correctly can really do some damage to the clavicle area rendering one of your attacker's limbs useless OR simply hitting the solar plexus will buy you time to escape to safety !!! Just make sure to bite down on your teeth as you execute the headbutt with your chin touching your chest area while launching forward with the JKD push step!!! ( It's always wise to be wearing a mouthpiece while headbutting in class. )
