Army COE: Backpumping from sugar fields stopped in the 1970's

At a public discussion in Cape Coral on July 31, 2018, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers representative explains that so-called "backpumping" from the sugar fields into Lake Okeechobee largely stopped in the 1970's.
