Deep State Wars

Jeffery Sachs describes the incessant presence of the "Deep State", entrenched so deep that no presidential administration can ever completely dislodge it no matter how much they "sweep" the agency offices. And it is largely the executive branch "agencies" that are the cave-like abode of these policy drivers. Thus we continue, no matter who is elected, to have the same agenda pressed into the machine-like apparatus of our federal government. The outcome for the New Trumpian Era may surprise many.
