Alleged thief coming and going

A mix up at the Anne Arundel County District courthouse landed 29-year-old Rachel Byrd in trouble, and her boyfriend says it came on the heels of turning herself in on an outstanding warrant for pawning some stolen golf clubs that took a grueling six hours to sort out.
