Allegra Richdale is among thousands of Palisades residents trying to wrap their heads around losing everything - almost everything. Allegra tells CNN's Abby Phillip what belongings she and her family decided to bring with them. She also tells Abby about how they’ve been evacuated before but this time it felt different and she isn’t sure she wants to go back and see what’s left of their home.
