What happened to the treasury is now happening to school districts.

Still getting over the flu so I apologize for the coughing, school districts in my neck of the woods use a vendor that manages everything from student records to hr functions and everything else in between as a means to eliminate costs. In the sake of eliminating costs they did away with common sense.
