Common Arugula (Eruca vesicaria):
Bellezia Arugula: Mild, nutty flavour, slow-bolting, and tender leaves.Italian Arugula: Classic peppery flavour, popular in Mediterranean dishes.Runway Arugula: Smooth, strap-like leaves with a mild taste.Dragon's Tongue Arugula: Bold, spicy flavour with purple veins.Slow Bolt Arugula: Ideal for microgreens with a spicy flavour and rapid growth.Roquette (Rocket) Arugula: Robust, peppery taste, fast germination.Astro Arugula: Milder flavour, smooth leaves, quick-growing.
Wild Arugula Varieties (Diplotaxis tenuifolia):
