North Carolina police shot and killed Edgar Maddison Welch, the "Pizzagate" gunman, during a traffic stop.

Welch made national headlines in 2016 when he entered Comet Ping Pong, a Washington, D.C., pizza restaurant, armed with an assault rifle over claims of a child s*x ring tied to Hillary Clinton.

Welch fired at a locked closet door, and the bullet struck the restaurant’s computer hard drive, which reportedly contained child p*rnography on it.
