Immense Police Presence Headed to Downtown Los Angeles

Law enforcement in LA are headed towards downtown, and not to any evacuation zone or active fire or burning areas. Allegedly they are going to secure areas or evacuation zones that are under curfew, prevent looting or arsons that are being reported.
