I dont fully understand the rules because I need to actually look into it more but ove watched several of the videos on nutrition and I'm trying the first workout I saw. The body weight training. It's a 400 meter run then 100 push-ups, sit- ups and squats then another 400 meter run.
I didn't run yet but I've done the other parts, not that I'm eating better, I'll feel more comfortable working out harder. ^_^
P.s. I messed the video up so the first 50 squats aren't there.
