Action Radio 1/10/24, Judicial Tyranny - The Bogus Sentencing of Donald Trump!

We did shows on Judicial Tyranny going back years. We've documented legions of cases where the Supreme Court got it wrong. We've proven ad nauseam that judicial review, the ability to strike down laws, is not a legal power of the Supreme Court, they simply wield that power illegally, and should all be thrown off the court for doing so.

Judicial tyranny. When the courts become judge, jury and metaphorical executioner, in this case with President Trump, Congress should immediately remove the five judges who refused Trump's petition to suspend the sentencing and find new judges. This is the only way to preserve the integrity and authority of the Court, because right now they are a rogue agency acting completely outside the Constitution and the law.
