Wreath ceremony marks 100th death anniversary of Offutt air base namesake

Members of the 55th Wing and RAF laid a wreath at Lt. Jarvis Offutt’s grave for the 100th anniversary of his death. Offutt Air Force Base was named the lieutenant, who was the first Omaha pilot killed in World War I.
