FINDING HOPE: Grant will fund local "recovery coaches" to help patients after drug overdoses

A new pilot program in the Treasure Valley is connecting opioid overdose patients with recovery coaches immediately following an OD. The coaches - sent straight to the E.R. - are well-versed on available treatment programs in the Treasure Valley, offering personalized options to each patient to help them get clean.
