Roger Stone and cohost Troy Smith of the Troy Smith Show talk to criminal defense attorney and free speech advocate Joe McBride, the lawyer representing Andrew and Tristan Tate as well as many of the January 6 defendants.

McBride expresses confidence that Trump will keep his pledge for clemency for those convicted for January 6 related crimes, although the exact process and whether some sentences may be pardoned while those convicted of other more violent offenses have their sentences commuted.

McBride also said that Andrew Tate, who preaches discipline sobriety, focus, free enterprise, and male values is quite serious about his bid for Prime Minister of United Kingdom.

McBride added that the dismissal of recent charges levied at the Tate's by Romania of sex trafficking are an important victory for the brothers, but there are other law firm oriented charges against them yet to be dismissed.
