Where do you find your funk? In the bathroom, thinking of my blues.
Where do you get your funk? In the living room watching all the news.
You know I can’t lose with the stuff I use.

Where do you find your funk? In a dirty alleyway on the street.
Where do you get your funk? In sunshine, showers, snow and sleet.
Where do you find your funk? In my body, head, hands and feet.
Where do you get your funk? In the faces of the friends I meet.
My life’s complete when I hear that beat.
