With word that Ben Affleck is moving out of his $60 million he shares with current wife Jennifer Lopez, some are wondering if he’s crashing with ex wife Jennifer Garner, as he’s been seen at her home in LA. Garner has been busy the last few years having a nearly $8 million mansion built from scratch in Brentwood, Los Angeles, while living in a stunning rental home nearby.

In 2021, Jennifer Garner had already started work on building her dream home. She purchased the property in 2019 after her divorce for $7.88 million marking her first solo purchase since selling the former marital home she shared with Affleck for about $32 million. The one time couple had lived in that house for nearly a decade, raising their three kids, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. The actress had since torn down the original four-bedroom, three-bathroom house that sat on the property. Built in 1930, the original dwelling spanned 3,245 square feet – but Garner wanted to construct a brand new residence from the ground up.
