what's the command block? - to remove any falling nuclear wastes to reduce entity count and lag

why the lightning storms? - 1 nuclear tnt explodes into many more, causing the game to freeze, so the only way i can ignite many quickly and consistently is with lightning storm tnts, which should balance out how many nukes are ignited with each tick.
